Today, in our Beginner Variety class, we talked about meals. Recently, I have been eating a lot of chicken. Chicken has lots of protein and is healthier than beef. Beef has a lot of fat and oil. I have chicken and veggies for breakfast almost everyday. For lunch, I usually go to the convenience store and buy chicken. Family Mart sells pieces of chicken individually. Finally, for dinner I eat chicken with a little rice and maybe bread. I want to build muscle, but I worry that I will become a chicken. They say, “You are what you eat”.

今日のビギナーバラエティクラスでは食事について話をしました。最近、私は鶏肉を多く食べています。鶏肉はタンパク質が多く、牛肉よりヘルシーです。牛肉は油脂を多く含んでいます。私はほぼ毎日、朝食にチキンと野菜を食べています。ランチには大抵コンビニでチキンを買います。最後の夕食には少量のご飯かパンに鶏肉を食べます。私は筋肉をつけたいと思ってるのですが、いずれ鶏になるのではないかと心配しています。良く言うでしょ、
