変な英語 Whaaaat?

｢A basic concept is a popular drink bar from the establishment period that doesn't change and can be used by the self method.｣が書いてあります。私の日本語みたいこの英語がへんでわかりにくい。

Self method and establishment period がわかりない。

多分正しくは…

｢Our basic concept is having a restaurant with drink bar that everyone likes and can enjoy.｣
