Let’s get started!

After I signed the contract for my new classroom, I received the key today and went there for the first time. Along the way, I noticed that the bus stop is very close, only about 1 minute from the classroom! I am so excited about it. It looks so bright with so much light coming in through the windows. When I arrived there, the owner, Osaki san was out front cleaning the trash area. I greeted him and introduced myself. He seemed like a very nice man. He owns a tonkatsu restaurant next door!

Despite the terrible corona news lately, I feel very happy. The new classroom is full of fresh air and feels so good. Nearby is Ookagawa river. The cherry blossoms are just starting to come out. The shopping arcade is filled with many shopping and is bristling with energy. I am really looking forward to teaching in Gumyoji.

し、今日、鍵を受け取り、初めて新教室

に行ってきました。歩きながらとても近

くにあるバス停を見つけましたよ。

教室からたった一分です! これには興奮

しました。

窓から溢れはいる陽光で部屋はとても明

るく輝いて見えます。私が教室に着いた

時、ちょうど家主さんである大崎さんが

外のごみ集積場を掃除していました。

彼に挨拶をし、自己紹介をしました。

とても良さそうな方です。彼は隣のトン

カツレストランのオーナーさんでもあり

ます。

最近は新型コロナウィルスの酷いニュー

スばかりですが、新教室を得た私は、嬉

しい気持ちになりました。

教室は新鮮な空気にあふれていてとても

気持ちが良いのです。

近くには大岡川が流れています。

桜がちょうど咲き始めていました。

商店街は沢山の買い出しで賑わい、活気

に満ち溢れています。

弘明寺で皆さんを迎え、英語を教える日

をとても楽しみにしています。
