Easy part 簡単　You can do it!

First, I want to apologize for forgetting to record the audio for my blog recently.  I will do it during my lunch break today.

Today, I think I'll take a break from talking about Hawaii and tell you about my newest piece of exercise equipment instead.  It is a pull-up bar.  I bought it on Amazon.  It is very handy and easy to use.  There are two rubber stoppers on each end, and I just twist the bar to extend it.  I can install it in any doorway without any screws.  When I'm not using it, I can hang my laundry on it to dry!
