Kidney Stones Pt. 3
The doctor told me at that time that there was nothing I could do but to wait. Usually they pass out of your body when you urinate. However, after one week I was still having pain. The doctor decided that I would have to have surgery to remove them.
It was my first time receiving anesthesia. I remember lying on the gurney and the nurse asked me if I was ready. I said yes and then she put a mask on me. It seemed like I had just closed my eyes when I was awake again. It was a strange feeling because it seemed like no time had passed, or that I even slept.
The kidney stones were removed. That is one experience I never want to have again!
